I get "The server rejected your logon" or the following at least3-4 times a week Unable to send or receive messages for the Cox (XXXX) account. Header download for the 'Inbox' folder did not complete. Could not update cached message flags with IMAP server. Server Response: The server did not respond to this IMAP command before the connection was terminated. Server: 'imap.cox.net' Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800CCC0F Protocol: IMAP Port: 993 Secure(SSL): Yes This is getting to be ridiculous for the money I'm paying for internet/email service. I haven't change anything and it works fine for a day or two and then the BS starts again, I have 9 email accounts and it happens to all of them. Re: NOMOROBO You should have a battery backup for your phone that Cox provides, it would be located in your Modem. If the power goes out again UNPLUG the power cord and the battery should bring back a dial tone to your phone
