VA Tech football game not showing on B10 Network in Northern VA Not sure what happened, but I posted this issue an hour ago and it got deleted by someone. The Big 10 Network (Channel 109) in Northern Virginia is supposed to be showing the VA Tech vs. Rutgers game but has been showing Iowa vs. Western Michigan game since kickoff at 3:30 PM Moderator indicated issue was reported upward but the wrong game is still showing at 5:15 PM. Would appreciate someone fixing this before it's a moot point (e.g., game is over). VA Tech game not on B10 network Today's VA Tech game was supposed to be on the Big 10 network (channel 109) in Northern VA but has been showing another game since kickoff. Other game went into weather delay so coverage was switched to VA Tech game temporarily. Assuming it'll switch back to non-VA Tech game once weather delay is over. Someone fix the correct Big 10 that Cox is using please! Re: VA Tech game not on B10 network Thanks Latitia !!! Re: VA Tech game not on B10 network B10 network (Channel 109) in Northern VA is now back to showing Western Michigan vs. Iowa game instead of VA Tech vs. Rutgers game as indicated by channel guide, etc. all week. Thanks for NOTHING Cox! Re: VA Tech game not on B10 network Title should be VA Tech game NOT on B10 network (as indicated all week in channel guide, etc.) Picture freezes on ACC Network channel For the past two Saturdays (only times I tend to watch ACC Network), I keep getting picture freezes on the ACC Network channel. The audio doesn't cut out or stutter - just a 1 to 3 second picture freeze - which is maddening while trying to watch a college football games. Sometimes I can go 5 minutes without any picture freezes but then they'll start up again. I never experience this problem with any other channels, and I get the same thing on all other cable boxes in my house. I've tried resetting the individual and overall system boxes, but to no avail. Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same issue. Re: "Account temporarily unavailable" timeout/errors receiving E-mail from pop.cox.net I didn't change any of my settings (they were already correct), and all day today I was experiencing no delays or timeouts receiving E-mail via pop.cox.net. I'm assuming whatever the issue was on the Cox end for most/all the past week has now been resolved - Hopefully for good. Re: "Account temporarily unavailable" timeout/errors receiving E-mail from pop.cox.net Cox, is there any update on this situation? I was getting almost immediate responses to receiving E-mails via pop.cox.net earlier this morning (so I was hoping something had been done to remedy the issue), but for the past few hours it's back to frequent time-outs/errors with "Account temporarily unavailable". Re: "Account temporarily unavailable" timeout/errors receiving E-mail from pop.cox.net Hi Jonathan. I'm not using Cox webmail - The issue is with pop.cox.net. I logged into Cox webmail and that seems to work fine. Please coordinate the pop.cox.net issue with your tech support or whoever manages the IT for pop.cox.net and let me/us know. Thanks!
