Re: Lifetime activation on Apple TV Cox won't add it because they are trying to force you to pay for their contour service. Complain to the corporation commission in your state and write to the channel and ask for them to do like HBO and provide their content without cable. The only way to fix this is to hit cox in the wallet. Re: CableCARD, Motorola T-700, with HDHRPrime and Windows Media Center premium channels show as not subscribed. Centerton, AR You are having the same problem I had with an HDR Homerun Prime. The solution is to find the right person in Cox to send the correct signal to your cable card to activate the signals. The problem is you will have to try countless times to find someone in Cox that knows what they are doing. Usually they just pair the card to the box, but that is only half the solution... When I finally found someone in Cox that knew what they were doing they said that they also had to send some signal that would tell the card the channel list... all the others were clueless. Good luck getting anyone that can help you, it took me almost a week. Next time just get DishNetwork. Re: Windows Media Center and Cox Tulsa lineup changes My guess is Cox has deliberately failed to provide any information to anyone because they want to drive people away from their own WMC or TiVo solution because it doesn't provide them the same revenue stream. Best thing to do is write the FCC and complain about their actions. It is bad enough people limited choices but even worse when the monopolies start behaving badly like Cox is. There was no reason to change the lineup in the first place people knew what channels they wanted, this was all BS.
