He told me about something called powerline from Netgear that is basically a wall adapter with ethernet that into the adapter into the modem and then a separate device that plugs anywhere into the house that is having problems. I was just wondering if anybody ever used it or knew about it? He said that would be my best bet because of how my house was built. Re: pods or extender I don’t have any separate routers. I don’t find bridge mode to work very well either Re: pods or extender I hate to purchase my own equipment to especially it gets outdatedthen I’m stuck. I might just look into an extender. Re: pods or extender so, you’d be better off to buy a separate router? if I remember right putting panoramic in bridge mode didn’thelp much either When I was trying Google router Re: pods or extender I used to have a net gear router that did a lot better before Cox talked me into that panoramic. for some reason I believe them. from my rauner to the dead spot it is about 15-20 feet around walls. so I need to call Cox and ask them for MOCA? You seem to be the only person that knows Re: pods or extender Technicolor CGM4141. in my dead spot room where I watch TV/Stream, etc. I do have a coaxle cable but it’s my only one coming in to where my TV is pods or extender Which is better Cox pods or extender for a dead spot in the house Re: Speedtests what brand do you recommend? I used to have Netgear that worked great before Cox talked me into this junk Re: Speedtests Yes, I can’t find the brand but it is the panoramic Re: New WiFi pods bump
