Also when I delete inbox messages, the email header/ subject line of the emails does not delete from the inbox, the message does delete, but not the subject line from the inbox, you have a inbox full of email subjects that can not be deleted. I now use a cable split-er from the line in to the internet modem and phone modem. Thank You. I have followed all suggested URL, in messages replied too. Nomorobo help desk, cox customer service tech, they were suppose to have submitted a trouble ticket no replies since, I have had the same problems and results as darkhorse and others. You are wasting your time and resources, all you are going to get is the runaround, very frustrating. Caller ID does not work, Time stamp and date is not correct, you can set and next call it is wrong again, My wife thinks she needs a land line, If I can convince her we do not need a land line anymore, I am going to cancel my phone service period. Hello, KevinM2. the Tech Support person that I was in contact with, confirmed that I had a Cox Voice phone account. We went over the the setupinformation and proceidure more than twice, I had all the entries and procedures correct the first time, and several retries before I called tech support, and yes the 602-598-5130 number is what I used as instructed. The time stamp I referred too is on the phone, I am not real sure about the Cox Voice App, I really think there is a problem with the setup of this phone on cox end and might be the reason for the problems, The Tech Person said that the Cox Voice App is working, all I know is the Nnomorobo and time stamp is not working correctly on my phone.Thank You for Your Time.
