Then they would extend it another 4 hours and then another 4 hours. My Autistic son kept asking me as he stays on his computer most if the day. I feel really bad for him. Its been 17 hours now and no updates received Internet Outage Our internet has been out for 18 hours now. I can’t get an answer on when it will be restored or get any internal reports from technicians that are supposed to relay problems to the “Live support Agents”. I contacted live agent but they aren’t much help at all. You should contact the Louisiana Public Service Commissioner and ask them for more oversight on Cox Internet failures. They really helped me with an Entergy issue. More people should contact them. Just google Louisiana Public Service Commissioner. Same goes for their other services. Just saying !
