I use a device that splits the HDMI into another HDMI output and a component output. I need the component output of an old slingbox that I still use. My DVR List and Program Guide are no longer showing full screen (they are on the left hand side of the screen, and cut off on the right side). It was set to 1080i output, but now I can't confirm because when I press setting (the Cox button), I only get a sliver of the settings screen. Initially the program guide wouldn't come up at all. I unplugged and powered it back on, got the program guide back, but with the problems above. Am I able to swap these at the nearest Cox center, or does a tech have to come up to do this?Solved3.1KViews0likes3Comments
