Outlook 2016 continually prompts for username and password constantly and will not sync And, it's back. And almost exactly the same time this year as last. Outlook is constantly asking for password. Using Outlook 2016. The connections are all correct, I don't want to go through that again. It's worked fine for the past 6 months or so then all of a sudden it's starts with the password thing again. This is really getting annoying. Unbelievable that this issue is this old, tons of people having the issue yet Cox just shrugs their shoulders and says "wait until we migrate you".. I've been a cox customer since 1998 and up until recently they were always helpful and got the job done. The very idea that this issue should be dragging along as long as it has shows an utter disregard for customer satisfaction. Another issue I had I think about a year ago after upgrading to premium internet service and for a couple of months not realizing that my performance was slowing down, I contacted their network support and found out that they had never moved my account to the faster network segment. So essentially, I was paying for premium and getting the next level down. Only after I screamed and yelled did I get any credit an that was for only one months difference when it should have been about 6-7 months credit. I've been waiting for Google Gigabit service to come to Phoenix but apparently they killed that. Like I said, Cox support is totally useless. Problem with server. I'm a certified Exchange admin and network administrator. Worked with other email servers as well. Not on my end.
