Audio loss and sometimes video freeze Whilewatching Star Trek (all of them), audio drops out completely at random points (usually after a commercial). Sometimes tuning away and back will fix temporarily but not always. Sometimes audio drop is accompanied by video freezing, but not always. Channel works fine using antenna, so problem has to be in the Cox feed somewhere. It is annlying to have to switch to OTA TV and give up the DVR functionality. I'm using the Cox mini boxes with Coutour TV. Coax connection. All other channels seem fine. It seems to be only H&I. Anyone else see this? Channel lineups on bill don't match online lineups or printable lineups? I'm getting "Contour Preferred" TV service according to my bill. However, the online channel lineups don't match what channels I get. The printable versions don't either. Online lists only 4 columns. The one that says contour preferred doesnt match the channels I get. The printable version still lists all the old "packages", but the online lineup does not. Why can't you standardize the lineups and match those to the billing statements and printable lineup versions? Re: 4K However, both Amazon Prime and Netflix do offer 4K HDR content, so there is programming available if you would pass that content through the apps. Re: No DVR functionality when cable service interrupted. Can you explain how to check/track outages? I have the app and cannot find any info in it. Re: Remotes quit working Same here in Tucson. Getting message eventually that says having trouble connecting to contour service. try again later. Re: Still no local number for nomorobo I had no idea that the AZ number was being used outside the state. Maybe the issue is resolved, but I'll have to wait until the next bill to find out. When I called customer service, they said they cannot see activity on the account in real time, only what is on the bill. That didn't sound right, but I'll wait to find out when the next bill posts.... Re: Still no local number for nomorobo Any update, Becky? Thanks in advance. Re: I'm being charged for a long distance call each time Nomorobo intercepts a call My newest bill posted. Again, there are 40 LD calls on there, each for nomorobo. I had to call in (again) to get the credits issued on the account. Re: Still no local number for nomorobo Thank you Becky! Re: Still no local number for nomorobo I reached out several times. The one time they did contact me, they said they would reach out to Cox because "Cox shouldn't be charging for that call anyway." Like I said, Cox just mailed out notifications to every customer that nomorobo was now available. One can only imagine how many angry customers will be calling billing next month... Both Cox and Nomorobo say it isn't their problem, but I say it is up to both to solve this easy fix. I kept my landline only on the promises of "nomorobo will be here soon", and now this. It works great, by the way, but not worth the hassle of calling every month to get LD charges credited back to the account.
