I have no idea why or how, but suddenly I noticed that my phone calls were down to one ring. Since summer, as you know, I've been working on it, and now, believe it or not, it is here. At least, I'm assuming it's here, since all these calls are down to one ring. So I won't need to reset anything right at the moment, and I am thrilled beyond words! It's been a long struggle, but from what I'm seeing these last couple of days, Nomorobo may have been worth the effort. Re: Nomorobo Still Not Working Bruce, you do not need to respond.....I was simply responding to your comments.. Yes I could buy a call blocker. The only thing is I am supposed to, for my 267.00 per month, have robocalls blocked. I don’t. And neither Cox nor Robocalls is willing to do anything about it. Re: Nomorobo Still Not Working I have asked all the same questions myself. No one seems to know. They did, finally, upgrade my service which is needed for simultaneous rimg. What no one understands is how I had simulaneous ring with the service before it was upgraded. The guy from Nomorobo seems to understand but has been unable so far to communicate this to Cox. I have had the most bizarre conversations with Cox...the last was with a guy who was supposed to give me the cost of upgrading my phone service. He figured and figured....30 minutes, 40 minutes. I finally said I coukd not wait any longer and would he call me with the estimate. He said he would call me by 11. I never heard from him. When a Cox person from Atlanta contacted me, he said there was no charge for upgrading the service! It’s an adventure, that’s for sure. Now I have the new service. It tells me that so I,tanelis eing is working and that my number is protected. No calls are being blocked. Nomorobo Still Not Working I have had Nomorobo installed since September. It is still not working. I have spent hours on the phone with Cox. After two months they discovered I didn’t have the upgraded service that is required. They installed it. It’s still not working. They won’t do anything more. They say I need to talk with Nomorobo. Nomorobo say they have contacted Cox about it. In the meantime, I am getting Robo calls but I refuse to spend one more minute on the phone with Cox. It is exhausting and discouraging. SolvedRe: Simultaneous ring is missing from my options. I am in North Glendale, Az. When will it be available? I have simultaneous ring and have had since September. Everything is installed correctly. It still doesn’t work. I have given up calling Cox. Re: Nomorobo Still Not Working Stephan from NOMOROBO has talked with Cox about this case. I called Cox and they said they reset the simultaneous ring. They may have but no calls are blocked. Where do i go from here? Again i have gone through the verification process many times. It is working perfectly. It just isn’t blocking calls Re: Nomorobo Still Not Working Yes, i have done this many times. All is in order. I got the verification call. But not a single call has been blocked. Re: Nomorobo Still Not Working Yes. NOMOROBO has checked almost every unblocked number and report that it has been in their data base for a long time. Nomorobo Still Not Working My nomorobo is still not working. Nomorobo has worked on it. They say everything is set up correctly. They told me to call Cox to reset the simultaneous ring because that seemed to be the issue. I did that. Cox says they reset it. It is still not working. Not a single call has been blocked this month. What do i do now? Re: Nomorobo set up and verified. No calls blocked The Nomorobo Facebook page is excellent....they respond right away. I will let you know what happens. I haven't heard back from Nomorobo. He was contacting Cox today and said he would get back to me as soon as he had an update. I'm kind of guessing that I'm not the only one having the problem....this whole thing is very new here, so there is probably a glitch somewhere that, hopefully, can be found and corrected.
