I have several email accounts though, and the problem only occurs on ONE of them. How will changing a password help that? And if my account has worked just fine for the last 10 years, why would the server settings be bad? (and I have checked them..they match the email account that IS WORKING.) As a matter of fact, the definitions/settings on both accounts match, except name of course. So I fail to see how ANY of this could possibly work. And I really fail to understand what COX changed this time to make anything work. What was the original problem. Any idea on this?0Views0likes0CommentsWho hacked what?
I too received the "We've detected MALWARE" on your email account. BUT - they do give the correct last 4 digits of my account number. And a valid email for Cox. Also the correct first name for the owner of the account!!!! Stuff that ONLY COX should know. So, answer me this ***********COX****************.
