When Cox sends me a ‘free’ upgrade, and the sales contract says “FREE” and "0.00/mo MONTHLY CHARGES" and "0.00/mo TOTAL CHARGES" then I do not expect to be billed $75. Worse, I don’t want to be hassled trying to remove the false charges by some customer service rep because Cox f’ed up. Your customer service people were soooo rude to me I almost just hung up and started a class action lawsuit. Over $35. Pull the tapes and see for yourself. See attached.
