Called Cox support and they gave me a bunch of bull and said I needed to contact Microsoft. So I called Microsoft and guess what? It's a Cox problem. So I changed my settings back and can send emails. But need a solution before the January 25 deadline so I can comply with their new settings. Cox - don't change our service on January 25 and unless you've resolved this problem. You can't blame it on someone else - it's your mess. So FIX IT
