Outlook continues to disconnect and even when connected I get the following error every time I tell it to send/receive. Emails are being delayed significantly. Ironically, email tends to be delivered faster to my cell than my computer. Task 'Synchronizing subscribed folders for XXXXXXX@cox.net.' reported error (0x800CCC0E) : 'Outlook cannot synchronize subscribed folders for XXXXXXX@cox.net. Error: Cannot connect to the server. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).' I agree with your problem. These types of delays are becoming more frequent as time goes on. In some cases, email is being delivered days after it was originally sent.Re: LG EnV Touch VX11000 unable to access Cox email Sorry but I too am having this problem on an LG EVII. Our phones are not that advanced and what ever change you made has shut down email on these phones since Thursday. You explanation is of no help to our situations. Verizon said the problem is on your end!!!!
