I just don't get it. I really keep thinking that the network common network name is incorrect and that's part of the problem. Can Cox remotely look at my TV and settings, panoramic modem settings, and possibly reset everything? We are very disappointed with Cox cable company. We now have a bundle and we are getting no help at all. Last week I was on the phone with Cox for 4 hours and then I and then I was disconnected. No call backs. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told you to call me in 15 minutes and of course never called. I was on every website possible regarding Cox Cable and no one can help me with this problem. However, I didn't notice that when I would select a network and then slide over to wsp, it would show a PIN number and state to enter PIN code in your wireless router setting and select okay. It then gave the name of the network and the PIN code. As I stated, yesterday on Twitter a person indicated my network setting was incorrect and that it was AT&T, as we had DirecTV Prior Re: Cannot connect internet to TV.
