I started having this same issue about 3 weeks ago on both a laptop running Vista and my IPhone 6. I have two cox accounts, one of which continues to work just fine on both devices. I get an error message that my user name or password is incorrect for the 2nd account, I can login to Cox webmail with the ID and password I'm using on both devices and it works just fine - so hard to believe it is really a user or password issue.0Views0likes0Comments
