There is a ticket assigned to correct this issue (UNO000036490775 for reference); however, the URL is working for me here. Hi Gary, I am sorry to hear that you are getting errors when reading or sending emails. I was able to check my primary Cox email account but have an issue sometimes with one of my other email accounts. The best way to get this fixed is to delete your browsing history for all time, close the browser, open it back up and then try again. Please let me know the outcome.
