Over the last few days, the TAs have all lost their lock, the amber light just keeps flashing. Called Cox, and they sent a tech out today. He stated that Cox has made some frequency changes in Middle Georgia, and my equipment was ok, that it is a headend issue. Anybody else in Middle Georgia having this issue, or know more about it, or when Cox will resolve the issue. Missing some of the premium channels I pay for due the this TA failing to lock issue, on 3 seperate Tivos with 3 seperate TAs on 3 different TVs. Re: No Channels Authorized on Tivo Bolt Ok called Cox cablecard one more time after talking to TiVo and determining the cablecard was set up incorrectly. This time I got somebody that knows what he is doing and was up and running in 5 minutes. No Channels Authorized on Tivo Bolt Just got a new Tivo Bolt and Cox sent me a cablecard and tuning adapter. I currently have a Tivo Bolt and Tivo Roamio set up and working, and set up the newer Bolt the same way. Tuning adapter locks in, but with or without the TA all channels are displaying not authorized. I called Cox, and after they had me switch a TA from one of my other TVs to confirm there is not a TA issue, they said everything was paired correctly, and recommended I go bythe local Cox store to get another cablecard. I did that yesterday, and the Cox store does not have any cablecards. I do have 2 known good cards in my 2 other operational Tivos, but am hesitant to change them out since Cox seems to have so many problems repairing them. Is there somebody that is knowledgeable of Tivo settings at the Cox end that can look into this? I might add that when I set up my Tivo Roamio about 3 weeks ago, I had the exact issue, no channels authorized, with or without tuning adapter (not even the local NBC or CBS) until one Cox technician found a setting in the Cox system that was causing the issue. As soon as he fixed the setting, the Roamio starting working within seconds and has been great ever since. Cox has set up a technician to visit tomorrow, 21 Sep, but from past experience the tech will arrive with no cablecards and no Tivo experience and spend hours on the phone going thru the exact steps I have already gone thru with the Cox phone support. So, Is there somebody that is knowledgeable ofcablecard settings at the Cox end that can look into this? SolvedRe: Where can I get a cablecard and Tuning Adapter setup kit? They problem is the store won't answer or return call, and the last time I went there they insisted they did not have any cablecards or tuning adapter kits. Took a FCC complain and visit from Supervisory Cox Technician to get it all working. Is there a way to have the equipment sent to me, given the current environment we are in? Where can I get a cablecard and Tuning Adapter setup kit? Recently got an additional TIVO, and called the local store in Macon,Georgia on 27 and 28 Aug to ask about getting a Cablecard and Tuning Adapter setup kit. Left a message both times, as the instructions said leave a message and they would call back. Well, no call back either time. Call the Cox 800 number, and they state that the equipment must be obtained from the local store, that it cannot be mailed. Getting run around in regards to getting the cablecard and TA kit I need. How can I obtain these short of filing a FCC complaint, which will be my next step. V202 Error Using On Demand with Tivo Bolt I tried to use the On Demand app this morning on my Tivo Bolt, and when I select an item to play, I get a V202 error stating it is not available. I called Tivo, and they stated Cox needed to "select 274" on the cablecard provisioning. Anybody know how to fix this? I have tried to call Cox, but Tivo seems to be a foreign word to everybody I reach. Re: Keep getting V202 error with my TiVo Roamio Premier on Cox when accessing on demand Cox app As of 2 Aug, I am getting the same issue on my Tivo Bolt in Georgia, On Demand app opens as it should, but anything selected gives the V202 error and won't play. Submitted a ticket with TIvo, but not sure if it is Tivo or Cox. Re: TiVo bolt and cox on demand Thank you for the response. I have sent the info to cox.help@cox.com TiVo bolt and cox on demand I've had a Tivo Bolt Vox for a year, and am a Cox customer in Macon, Georgia. Just read on this forum that Cox On Demand should be available via an app that has to be authorized by Cox. Can anybody tell me how this done? I have looked thru all my Tivo settings, and Cox On Demand just isn't there at all! Solved
