VickiL, I just spoke to the product team and we did offer the ability to get an mp3 attachmenton the old system; however, on our new system we have only allowed .wav formats. The reason they say isthat .mp3 cannot be used for voice transcription due to lower quality (it is a compressed format). The only supported format to get high quality audio and transcription is .wav. What type ofdevice are youusing to play voice mail? Some of the older android versions had an issue with some .wav formats but this has been corrected on the newer Android OS versions. I am told that if you upgrade your operating system (OS) , it should play the .wav format. Hope this helps and I apologize for any inconvenience. Re: Forward Voice Mail Messages to eMail? VickiL, Let me look into this and report back to you. Re: On Demand Freezone channels need subscription? dayden, Are you subscribed to the regular Bravo HD channel?
