Trying real hard to use Enhanced Webmail A few years ago I tried switching to the enhanced email, but it would not save my contact data. All emails to Cox resulted in replies telling me how to import the contacts, rather then looking into why my contacts disappeared the next day. Now I decided to try again since they apparently have a new contact manager. Well gee wizz this piece of junk won't even import a csv file! I exported my contacts from classic, logged into enhanced, fired up the contact manager, and started an import. I selected the very same csv file I just exported and hit the next button. All I get is a popup dialog that says "You did not upload any file. Please click on Browse to choose a file on your computer.". How about a decent error message saying why you didn't like the csv file, instead of telling me I didn't upload one!
