Been having packet loss and and latency issues for months. Have had multiple techs and maintenance come out and STILL NO CHANGE. Ive sent traceroutes before displaying the terrible connection and all you guys have said is "Let us send another technician to your place to have a look at it." The problem is not my end, its the nodes that are obviously problematic as I have not had Cox issues the 7-8 years I've been with you guys and I haven't moved. Your nodes in the NV area are awful and need fixing / some change to it. Re: Packet loss/bad connection Rocket League Yes, there is a splitter attached to the coaxial cable. It was put in by one of your technical assistants that came over to my place. I am on Ethernet cable as well when I am gaming. All connections are free of damage as I have not moved or done anything differently since the technician came. On my end they've told me countless different solutions that never worked and at this point they refuse to even help me. I plan on leaving them soon as well as I am through with this absurd internet service provider and customer service. How is AT&T so far? Are they reliable? I'll be looking back at this forum often so I'd appreciate it if you updated
