If they actually had a competitor I would have dumped them long ago. Turns out that now I have a data cap that I never had before. These people are crooks that overcharge for subpar internet because they have a monopoly in their area. Constant disconnections I am having an issue where I am losing my connection from 10-30 seconds every few minutes in fact I lost my connection six separate times while attempting this post.. When I look at my Modems Even log I have a stead streams of errors. I am highly dubious of this diagnosis considering the information I am seeing above. I have asked for a tech a few times and while the Reps did not outright refuse a visit they certainly did not want to send someone. I guess my question is does this really look like my router is the issue or do I just need to flat out demand a technician.
