Top is N. Virginia, bottom is San Fran. You can see latency increasing here, and some packet loss. Hard to see it all since it is so intermittent and this is at 5 min resolution. Appears to correlate with when more people are at home (after 5pm and weekends). This is affecting others in the neighborhood as well.
