I am having the exact same issue. I have logged in on multiple devices to see if it was a problem with my phone, but it has to be a problem with the app because it will not let me click to start the event portion. This is VERY frustrating as it means that my camera never records and I cannot set it up to get alerts. What is the point of having this system if it won't do what it is meant to do?? This is a problem with the app and cox needs to understand that there is an issue and resolve it. Very annoying to experience.18Views0likes1Comment
