Been with cox 30+ years and you don't seem interested in fixing our drop line. Haven't been able to watch TV since April 14th. Been told I would get call back 3 different times but never received any call backs. Yesterday I was told the ticket was closed because it was repaired, that is a LIE LIE LIE!!!!!! That seem to be all I'm getting from cox now are LIES!

So far they have met my expectation, NO RESPONSE!
Someone will get back to you, A LOT of emails go to that inbox, they are responded to in the order in which they are received.
If you don't get a response after a couple hours, try their Facebook account. At least there it is public when you are ignored.
To any moderator reading this, the link on the Welcome post for Facebook seems to be broken.
