H&I Channel 81 in Tucson, AZ. Audio loss and sometimes video freeze

While watching Star Trek (all of them), audio drops out completely at random points (usually after a commercial).  Sometimes tuning away and back will fix temporarily but not always.  Sometimes audio drop is accompanied by video freezing, but not always.  Channel works fine using antenna, so problem has to be in the Cox feed somewhere.  It is annlying to have to switch to OTA TV and give up the DVR functionality.  I'm using the Cox mini boxes with Coutour TV.  Coax connection.  All other channels seem fine.  It seems to be only H&I.  Anyone else see this?
