Is anyone having trouble with Paramount?

I have been having trouble getting Paramount for the last three months. When I contact Paramount they say .they are working on it. Do I just cancel it?

  • Hi Mark, I apologize for the frustration with the Paramount+ app. What issues are you experiencing? Are you able to open the Paramount+ App through your Contour box? Are you having log in issues? Does the main menu open? Are you getting an error message? If so, please provide the full error message and/or error number. -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator
