SEC NETWORK blipping/freezing on wireless internet

Is anyone else having an issue with SEC NETWORK blipping/freezing while using Cox WIRELESS internet, YouTubeTV on a Samsung TV? 

We have figured out it’s only SEC NETWORK and if we use our iPads or phones, it’s fine!
