TV rewinds or fast forwards a couple seconds every 3 minutes or so
On local stations, every 3 minutes, the tv replays the last 1-2 seconds of live tv, OR skips ahead a couple seconds making me miss parts of whatever I’m watching. Is this happening to anyone else? Cox did the typical “refresh fixes everything”, but it didn’t work and they have no answers. They say it’s the local networks’ issue. Any suggestions?
