Freezing picture but Audio is OK - Hi Tiffany from COX! Thanks for your response in the previous thread, BUT...

this is NOT an issue that requires a service tech, as you responded to the previous, quickly locked, discussion about this!  it is a COX issue and they are well warranted to ask for a refund if not fixed  Too many people at the exact same times are having this issue.
