My DVR Contour box?

My DVR Contour box relentlessly reboots almost daily for at least 30 minutes (up to an hour and a half!!!) always mid-morning. Is this a system wide complaint? A DVR problem? A setting that can be corrected?...or just time for a new provider?

    I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your DVR box resetting. It sounds like it may be a defective box. We would be happy to take a closer look at the account with you though.     I had same problem. Had to get a new box. So lost all my previously recorded shows. They put me on the cloud so in future will not lose shows when I get a new box. Hate the new box. When you pause a show, 15 minutes later it is running again. Old box would pause for more than an hour. And new box has NO clock.
