I've noticed Cox added a My Account setting in Contour.Contour button > Settings (gear icon) > My Account
"See your account details, view and pay your bill, and manage your appointments."
Great! Why doesn't it work?
This setting has been in Contour for a week but its only response:
"Give us a few minutes. We're having trouble opening this app. Please give us a few minutes then try again."
I've given Cox 10,080 minutes...do you need more?
Not to ask the obvious, have you tried rebooting the box using the Cox system? Since it's new, maybe there is something in the backend that needs to be loaded in.
I think we know the obvious...but, yes, I restarted the system via Contour.

Great...thanks for the ops check! It was more about curiosity of the feature than an actual need, so I'll forgo the alternative methods.
I'll await the "all clear" before closing this post.
