My Account

I've noticed Cox added a My Account setting in Contour.
Contour button > Settings (gear icon) > My Account

"See your account details, view and pay your bill, and manage your appointments."

Great!  Why doesn't it work?

This setting has been in Contour for a week but its only response:

 "Give us a few minutes.  We're having trouble opening this app.  Please give us a few minutes then try again."

I've given Cox 10,080 minutes...do you need more?
