Sound synchronization

Lately, our picture and sound loses synchronization randomly.  It happens several times a week, possibly once or more a day. As I said, its random. It's fine, and then just like that, it's out of whack. Usually, if you turn everything off and back on, it's OK Totally annoying!

    Explain your setup:  Cable-box, AV Receiver, soundbar, sound-processing modes, etc?
