Every day, several times a day, my television signal freezes.  When watching a previously recorded program, the audio and video are out of sync.  I have tried all the remedies that Cox has suggested and nothing has helped.  Is there any way to actually get the service I am paying for?

    Hi Jmc2020,

    I am sorry to hear that your signal keeps freezing. It sounds like you may be getting a weak signal to your equipment. You can try checking the coaxial cable on both ends to make sure the connections are secured finger tight.
