Television and cable box automatically turn on

It happens the same time in the morning around 10:00 AM but not every day.

Tried switching the HDMI port the cable box plugs into but same issue.  This happened with a previous Cox cable box as well.

Even if nobody knows the reason for this that ca be fixed would there be a way to prevent it from happening?
