Error code APPS-04233

Trying to watch ESPN+ on the Contour system, but get the error code APPS-04233. I’m still apple to watch ESPN+ through my Samsung Hub. I’ve done a rest on Contour, unplugged, and system refresh without luck. Anyone know how I can get ESPN+ to work on my Contour system?

    Try clearing the cookies and cache on the cable box
    Press contour on the remote >>>>>>on the box you need to go to settings >>>>> privacy>>>> clear cookies and local storage.
