When I attempt to pair my remote and Bose system this function locks up in a search for code. I tried support and nothing changed following rebooting the cable. I can’t get to the put in your code step.
Never mind. I figured it out. Went to remotes.cox.com and got it to work.
Just curious, but what code worked for you? Might save someone the trouble.
I never got to load a code. My initial attempt with customer service included reseting my box. During the week many things are not working properly......I can push the channel up and down and it will not register for up to 30 seconds. Put in a channel number and it will not register. I have had to pull the remote batteries in order to clear this up. In my opinion the cable box is the issue...this is very frustrating that something that worked no longer works. I ready to dump the service,
I have noticed lately I need to press the Power button 3-4 times to turn off my TV. I think you're correct about glitchy software.
