DVR recorded programs

I tried to watch a program I recorded last night.  Was unable to watch it.  Screen just shoed loading.  I also tried another programs and it said same thing.

  • Hi Sami,

    Please try resetting your receiver by unplugging the power cord for about 1-2 minutes, then plug the power cord back in. Allow a few minutes for the cable box to reset, then try to access your recordings. Please let us know if this helped clear up the issue.

      I tried that, it didn't work.  My other TV works doesn't have a problem and never did.
