Anyone else having problems tuning in to hbo and showtime?

Problems tuning into hbo and showtime?

    Hi @Drhino

    I know how important it is for you to be able to watch content on your premium channels. There are no known issues for HBO and Showtime at the moment, I would recommend using the Cox app to reset your boxes (links below). Or you can hit the A button on your Contour Remote and do a System Refresh. If none of those work then you may need to reach out to us to schedule a technician visit.
