Voice Narration while Voice Guidance is OFF
We have a Cox Contour TV that is voice narrating everything we do,
despite the fact that I have Voice Narration set to OFF as well as Video Description OFF.
I'm out of ideas on how to fix.

This fix was weird but I guess if you speak a command as opposed to using the remote, you'll get different screens. Then again, this other OP may have had the wireless box. Anyway...check this post:
I tried saying "SAP settings" and nothing came up?
"SAP Settings" was the OP's solution. Try "Voice Narration."
