Getting an Xre-06014 error message.

When we highlight (Saved) a recorded TV program  to watch, message states, “You appear to have completed watching..... name of program

Then shows

Shows Delete.    Don’t Delete. When I click/highlight Don’t Delete,

Xre-06014 message appears.

We have Panoramic router

  • I'm having the same problem in Council Bluffs, IA I tried contacting online help but after the usual reset tv box and reset modem, unplug and plug in tv box and modem, as well as a remote version done by the online service representative. They finally disconnected the chat with no problem solved.
