Contour app can or cannot record shows?

  1. I just spent 2 hours with 3 agents trying to assist me.  The first agents tried to help me as if it can be done.  The third agent told me it cannot be done!  Cox even has specific instructions on how to use.the Contour App to record shows.  We used to be able to set recordings away from home.  So frustrated.

    @Steveski4, Only the Contour 2 service can utilize that feature through the app. If you do not have that service, you will not be able to access the remote recording function. -Allan, Cox Support Forums Moderator.
