P5t error code

I've gotten this two nights in a row - why? 

when I log on Cox web-site both yesterday and tonite said outage in my area. 

But, my phone works and I still have some level of internet - STRANGE!!

And, my mini-boxes work.

Really really strange - I pay way too much for these services to have them fail two nights in a row!!

Anyone else having this issue? Any suggestions on next steps?

You may experience this issue during outages while our techs work in the area to resolve the ongoing issue.
