Tv doesn’t work right

I have called several times about the issue I’m having with my cable involving random errors and the box restarted frequently. We can’t record on the dvr much anymore because recording are cut short. I was given a credit for my trouble. But I’m here to say if my tv continues to act this way I will not pay the TVs portion of my bill. Not until it gets fixed. I was told this was a” known issue.” I’ve been experiencing this for months now. I’m tired of it.
