Channel lineup
Does cox notify their customers and support staff when channels disappear like 83 (the golf channel)? I called customer service and they were no help. I see TNT is now channel 3. Lousy communication

That info usually appears on the monthly bill you are mailed. It is not prominent. It appears under the headline "News From Cox" and often continues on the reverse of the page.
