NBA League Pass not working in Las Vegas

We purchased the NBA League Pass last year with no issues. This year, we got an email telling us we'd get a free week if we subscribed again which we did. The free week worked fine. We did get a new contour box as well, but now the League Pass isn't working. Have gotten nothing but a runaround from COX. Anyone else having this issue??
