Outage Repair Estimate

Is there a phone number to call, (or a text) to receive an estimated repair time?  I'm in Tucson AZ.  Second as a suggestion you should add battery change instructions for

the new contour remote, I finally found one on you tube.  Craig

    Thanks for the feedback about the Contour Remote. You can sign up to receive a text notification once the outage is resolved. Simply submit your mobile number in the 'My Account alert' or the Cox app. www.cox.com/.../outages.html
