NFL Network/Redzone giving subscription does not have access error, when this is part of my package. Anyone else with this sudden issue?

This started today during the games! I have the proper packages, so this is not the issue.

    I understand how important it is for you to have access to all of your NFL content. Because it is part of your package and you are getting that message you may need further troubleshooting.     Did you ever get this issue resolved?  I’ve had it for 2 straight weeks now.  It’ll let me watch local games but not Redzone, which I’ve paid for...

      If you are getting the "not subscribed" message and you have Redzone them please email us at cox.help@cox.com with your full name and address, for further troubleshooting.
