Starz App locked content

I saw a prior thread for this issue but it is unresolved. 

My Starz App is stating that I need to upgrade my account to view most content after logging in through my Cox account.  I have and have had all premium channels for years so it is frustrating that I cannot get it to work on my phone.  

Starz works fine on my cable boxes and worked in the past on old phones
