Another rate hike!!!!!?

Why on earth are rates being hiked again???  WTF are you thinking Cox!  People are out of work and unable to pay their current bill, much less afford to pay your stupid increases.

And another thing... why the hell are you forcing me to a new "bundle" that includes home automation?  I mean WTF!  my home is already automated by a far superior solution than your product.  I dont understand why you feel it necessary to be a cable TV ** and force unwanted products on your existing customers.

GIVE US A LA CARTE OPTIONS **!  your bundles and prices are a joke!

I swear, once a new cable tv company hits my neighborhood, your GONE!
